Reworking: Well, this is done once any component or device is found defective or the whole assembly does not function properly. After testing reworking is done by heating the board and replacing the defective part of the PCB with a good one.

Each of these processes is again a complex process altogether which needs heavy technology involvement, specialist man-power and material consumption.

Industrial Remote Control Switches For Hydraulic Crane Applications
Industrial remote control switches are quite common in the engineering field. These wireless industrial toggle switches are widely used in hydraulic crane applications requiring up to twelve radio remote control functions. The toggle switches are generally used in order to get variable speed control of hydraulic pump solenoids. As these switches are designed with rugged polycarbonate enclosure, they increase the safety level of the device. Normally a single device weighs 1.2lbs. They are also equipped with internal PCB mounted antenna and the external receiver antenna has a normal range up to 2000 feet. These devices can work smoothly in a temperature specification of minus 20 F to 185 F.

Hydraulic switches are controlled by rechargeable Lithium Ion w/12-24VDC battery. The battery can be recharged by simple 12/24 DC charger and normally a truck charger is supplied by the manufacturers. Once recharged, the battery can work continuously up to 30 hours. Low battery warning with LED indicator is also available with the system Rigid flex PCB. Optional 120VAC systems are also available to control the system.

The receiver systems of the toggle switches are designed with IP67 rated impact resistant polycarbonate material and the receiver can be mounted externally on machine. They also have an internal antenna and an optional coax and remote mount antenna are also available.

Pre-production Manufacture
If youa�?re working on your first product China Prototype PCB, this stage will seem like a complete nightmare. After finding a manufacturer you can trust, and setting up your component supply chain, developing tooling and test jigs for the assembly line (with most of this likely to be in the Far East) you may be running out of time, budget or nerves as you deal with suppliers, manufacturers and designers in more than one language and time-zone.

Manufacturing
Although an extreme amount of work and effort brings your organisation to this stage a� manufacturing is not a hands-free effort. It requires quality control, supply-chain and product delivery management; and after some product examples have been released the opportunity to make small changes to the product based on customer feedback. This may require revisiting the previous stage of the design process and the efforts within. For higher-volume production you may need to keep staff on-site with the contracted factory to oversee manufacturing and ensure the design has not been altered to find relevant cost-savings for the manufacturer that could affect the outcome of your design Rigid flex PCB.

Ongoing Support
After experiencing the processes to this point, youa�?ve reached a somewhat simpler part of your producta�?s development cycle. By now youa�?re an expert in your product, how it works, operates and can be used to ita�?s maximum. However you cana�?t rest on your laurels, as constant customer feedback and market forces will require you to update the product when necessary.
